Our Story

 At Capacity+, our story began with a passion for helping nonprofit organizations succeed. Our founders saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence. 

Our Team

Dr. Estelle Young, MA, PhD, GPC

Estelle Young's approach builds capacity by focusing on operational process, program design, and adaptable grant and training material. She is experienced and passionate about coaching volunteers, interns, and staff, developing their skills along the way. Estelle is one of just fifteen Grant Professional Certified (GPC) writers in Maryland.

A. Yvette Myrick is motivated by her passion for helping others to achieve their educational, professional, and personal goals. She is driven to assist others by sharing her experience and background in education, professional development, training, administration, and grant writing.  A. Yvette thrives when helping nonprofits to build capacity, meet, and exceed their goals.
